There's an Argentine Navy museum in Tigre which is very interesting and even has an Exocet missile on show.
Naturally it's rather slanted about the Falklands/Malvinas, but worth a visit nonetheless.
And in Lujan there's a museum with all sorts of weird stuff including the popemobile and Legh II:

Yes! I walked by there. I only took a few photos from outside but definitely intend to visit properly soon enough. I recall they had a shot down something or other British helicopter from the Malvinas war.

There's a Holocaust Museum 3 minutes around the corner from the big Western Union on Av Cordoba. Have any of you been to that?

I enjoyed visiting El Zanjón de granados (Defensa 755). It is a private property and it is on the expensive price. Right now, it costs 18.000 ARS for non-residents. That's more than the ticket to the Uffizi Gallery in Florence. WTF!
I also liked the Ethnographic museum (Moreno 350), which is very cheap, in contrast. If you don't mind the inclusive language:

Have never been to the Museo de La Policia Federal Argentina, but I must say that the photo of those terrifyingly lifelike costumed mannequins really makes me want to go.

back in the day she wasn't bad. she is argentine after all and that usually is a good thing
