Recent NYT article talked about abuses from some countries to put out an Interpol Alert just to harass or arrest one of their dissident citizens.
Does anyone know how Interpol works in Argentina?
Are they looking for dodgy foreigners? Or for Argentines who committed crimes abroad?
They should take care of both. I read from time to time about mafia / drug cartel men that get arrested by Interpol in Argentina, and then extradited. It can be something as simple as a parent abroad away a children without authorization of the other (see Intl. divorces)

Interpol was cruising around looking for a Brazilian who had robbed in exccess of $400m dollars- the exact amount is disputed...
He was actually arrested in the bakers where I buy our morning rollds and medialunas....
