Could it all be just a teaser campaign to make sure we pay attention to the full launch when it finally happens?
If it's to launch an electric car they'll have had to do something different to grab public attention.
Hi Splinter nice to meeting you..
So I see that you are the one who know the most in here 🙂.
So maybe you can help me ..
I want to bring my car from Europe to Argentina, and I know they will take 15 days since the car arrived to the port.
What is the process in those 15 days?
Well I'm not Splinter but I'm better looking.
No idea about a car but we shipped our goods in a container when we moved here. Are you coming on holiday or is it a permanent move?

I have no experience in this, so I would suggest looking here:

We were advised against it by the Argentine Consulate in our home country. Too many costs and red tape. Plus,if it is not a model sold here, it would stick out as a sore thumb and it would be too flashy. I would not consider doing it, ever, unless you are a car collector

I thought it was something the conspiracy theorists spread on the internet so they could elect Trump. Now also the oil companies must be spreading the same conspiracies because Tata Motors has shutdown production of Jaguar for one year so they can retool UK factories to manufacturer them as electric vehicles.

There is also the problem of spare parts for models that are not normally sold here .
True enough, GlasgowJohn !
Hello everybody....
Aah yes, a Jaaaag..
Nice if you like rust and overheating...
Just on the car importing topic, I went into this in some detail, and since there is no longer a Ro-Ro ferry, plus all the hassle of getting a port agent, I abandoned the project.
As said above.. Buy a car in Argentina...mostly Renault, Citroën and VW
From a wintry Europe,
Cordialement,
Nice to hear from you, Sarran1955 . I hope your winter in France will not be too cold.

Hello, I know it has been a while, I have been ill with prostate cancer, but things are improving. I saw the doctor at my weekly hospital visit, and he is much happier. As for the Winter, still 3 weeks to go, but there has been a bit of snow. My#1 son lives near the resort, which will open some time after the 05 Dec. I hope to visit Argentina again, but instead of January, it will be more like September.
Hasta pronto...
Hasta pronto...
All the best with your recovery!!

Take care and we wish you a speedy recovery!
Yes, we do’. And I hope you can get back to Argentina as soon as possible.
QuoteHowever, it gives a pointer to the direction of the brand's new models, which are expected to cost in excess of £100,000 when they go on sale.
I'll just stick to my push bike.
