I see ads coming down from the top when I scroll a thread. The ad covers the navigation bar, so I have to scroll back up or refresh the page. I used to have an ad blocker installed, but then it messed up websites with paid access where I am subscribed and I had to deactivate it.

I’m seeing large ads that make me wonder again exactly how much the forum made from ads last year? I’d be willing to toss in an equal amount on top of our annual share, to get them out of here.

I turned Google ads off a while back, so I'll double check. The return simply isn't worth it being pennies per month because there aren't enough views.

I run uBlock Origin, so I see no ads, I do try to support the forum, but I sometimes forget!!!!

i see the ads on mobile, but not desktop (probably because of adblock)

They want us to pay extra to see the newspaper adfree.
If a website can not cope with my adblocker, then I have no need for the website.
