This is a scream that has been used in numerous movies, TV and even video games
First used in 1951, in the movie "Distant Drums", is from the stock recording of a voice actor, Sheb Wooley.
It has even been used in cinematic classics such as Star Wars (depending on your view point)
Here's its being used in the first Star Wars
My missus can't half scream. Nearly gives me a flippin' heart attack thinking she's badly injured herself. Did it the other night when all she'd done was spill the milk in the kitchen. 
Another clip, please, SpaceNut ? You have me really wanting to hear it, but it was overwhelmed by the space lazer sounds in that Star Wars clip.
I never knew of the Wilhelm Scream, and now I have a strong wish to learn to perfectly duplicate it!
