The Wilhelm Scream

    This is a scream that has been used in numerous movies, TV and even video games

    First used in 1951, in the movie "Distant Drums", is from the stock recording of a voice actor, Sheb Wooley.

    It has even been used in cinematic classics such as Star Wars (depending on your view point)

    Another clip, please, SpaceNut ? You have me really wanting to hear it, but it was overwhelmed by the space lazer sounds in that Star Wars clip.

    I never knew of the Wilhelm Scream, and now I have a strong wish to learn to perfectly duplicate it!

    My missus can't half scream. Nearly gives me a flippin' heart attack thinking she's badly injured herself. Did it the other night when all she'd done was spill the milk in the kitchen. :rolleyes:
