Watching this made my stomach turn. Families live off the rubbish, recycling tin cans etc. It's a nightmare, apocalyptic scenario that has been allowed to carry on for decades.
But when will action be taken? The ground water is already poisoned.

Yeah disgraceful in this day and age.
We used to have to pass the town's open dump on the way to the countryside. There was windblown rubbish lying everywhere. Some days you couldn't even see the road for it. When the Council chief back then....a little K runt, got voted out one of the first jobs the new guy in charge did was close it down fill it in and landscape the whole site. Even made a running/jogging track on top of it.
I used to ride past an open tip near Carmen de Areco. It was disgusting.
