Milei promised, in his election campaign, to shake up the system, shrink the state, close the central bank and dollarise the economy. He's made good on most of his promises but the last two are going to prove much more difficult to achieve.
People don't like change, especially the fat cats, those who have been living off the state for decades and those who take a salary from the state and don't even show up for work.
