I'm left dizzy from reading that, but this being Argentina, I'm not the least surprised.
I’ve just read this again, and I cannot begin to wrap my mind around it. How could ANY of these separate steps have gone through without legal roadblocks?

Because the party in power wanted these things to happen - nothing more , nothing less.

Been going on all those years yet nowt, as far as I'm aware of, has been done about it? That's what worries me the most.
And how many govt insiders knew full well what was happening all that time?
