Is the new government transparent enough?

  • It's clear that the new Buenos Aires Herald has a socialist agenda, but on some points it makes a good case.

Milei's new government which is very firmly stamped with the liberal label, does seem to enjoy doing certain things behind closed doors. The swearing in of ministers for example, the so called press conferences with Manuel Adorni where no questions are taken and the general distancing from the press.

No cameras were permitted at his closing campaign rally at the Movistar Arena.

Or is this his way of controlling the narrative?

The fledgling government claims to prize freedom above all. Will they extend that right to the press?
