Even if he bought them, they should be returned to Greece. And that’s just the start of it. Look at the trove of 16th century Flemish masterpieces in the Prado. Not to mention the Temple of Dendur and other treasures in New York’s Metropolitan Museum.

I'm pretty sure he like many others back in those days were up to something.
I can't say visiting museums has ever been top of my list of 'things to do' during my travels around the world especially when you have to pay to get into them. Would far rather spend my money visiting pubs.
