Have you noticed that we don't get chargers with new phones nowadays?
For the phone chargers it is a result of the EU regulations. They all must be usb-c so that you can reuse the charger from an older device. Sounds like future California rule will be similar, plus clear packaging to say if with/without charger. Have the corporations taken advantage by not providing the charger?
I agree I have too many chargers, and I do not want one to come with my next phone, though I might want one with my next-next phone. Will we be stuck with usb-c in 10 years instead of some greater better new charging technology?
