More scandal - 160,000 people on benefits enjoyed luxury holidays

More than 160,000 recipients of Potenciar Trabajo, a social plan with up to $76,000 pesos per month, have been discovered to have taken luxury cruises and other jollies. They are being investigated by a prosecutor and removed from the program.

I think it's a kind of unemployment benefit...
