YPF petrol station ''No petrol until next Monday''!!

There has been a lot of talk about possible shortages. Is this real? Manufactured?

Could be a long wait. But the current government doesn’t want to look bad before the balotaje, so maybe some dollars will appear more rapidly than usual.

I woke up at 7 am and thinking to beat the crowd I went to the nearest YPF, but they were out of fuel. The next one on Av. Cordoba had 2 blocks lines of cars. Since I still have half a tank full, I decided to leave it for another day.

Good decision. Surely the situation will be resolved by Monday. No government wants the voters thinking about fuel shortages, especially if caused by an inability to pay the bills, as they head into an election.

It's the same here in Olivos and all Zona Norte, so I won't be using the bike again until Monday.

The shortage of gasoline and diesel throughout the country has its reasons in the backwardness of the values at the pump against inflation, 38 percentage points, and the lack of dollars. Just under half a tank , I half-heartedly looked for petrol today.

Passed by 4 petrol stations - queues about 5 blocks in each one.
