we will be visiting in Feb 2024, will there be matches available then?

Looking online, seems to be alot of confusing information about, summer breaks, but they still play the copa Argentina in Feb?

    Thanks!

It's a bit hot for football in Feb, but it may also be the start of the season, so keep checking.

Argentina face Brazil today at 9.30 pm at the Maracanã Stadium where it's very hot indeed.

Let's hope they can improve on their defeat of 2-0 against Uruguay!

You can watch on TyC and TV Publica.

Next season is a bit of a mess because of the Copa America half way through the year.

The official start is at the end of January , but we start with the League Cup and quite often those ties are played outside of Buenos Aires.

    Still no fixture list ....

I didn't even know it was being played until the missus told me there had been trouble with the supporters and the start of the match was delayed.

I watched the second half and thought Brazil were poor.

Yeah doesn't seem that much information about fixtures online either. AirBnB host matches, will try my luck nearer the time.

I will talk to my boy when he gets in from school . He is an expert on fixture lists - if they are not out , he will have an idea when they will be published.

    any news?

Nothing so far - my son expects to see the new fixtures during the first week in December.

He did say that many of the cup games will be played at neutral venues outside of Buenos Aires

I see that the BOCA voting for a new president has been suspended between Macri and Riquelme.

They do take this stuff very seriously don't they?

Argentina vs Brazil at El Monumental, Buenos Aires tonight at 2100.

Today I had to make a document delivery at around 1430 and coming off Lugones near the stadium, I only just made it through the crowd barriers and hundreds of police before they shut all the roads. Fans everywhere at that time, with loads of people filling the bars and restaurants in the area.

    It was a fun ride!
