After about 20 years of feudal rule, Governor Capitanich (UP/Kirchnerite), yesterday lost the election to the JxC (Juntos por el Cambio) candidate, Leandro Zdero, who received 46% of the votes.
This is a signal for the October elections and a sign that Peronism is now on the wane in Argentina.
