According to The Guardian, the BRICS group (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa), formed “to tilt the international order away from the West,” has invited 6 more countries to join: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Iran, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Argentina. These will be full members as of January 1, 2024.
