I see Massa got a USD$ 750M loan from Quatar to pay off an outstanding debt to the IMF.

I wonder how this will be accounted for? A fall in FX reserves ? An increase in international debt? a gift from a nice bunch of Arabs in exchange for some cases of Malbec?

Wil we ever be told?

Case of Malbec, um, no.

Perhaps Ann arrangement similar to the ones Argentina has given to China.
