I thought that Windows 10 was going to be so good that it was going to be the last ever edition, after which everything was going to be kept up to date by updates and upgrades.
But then, I also thought that the 80386 was going to be the last ever processor which was going to be kept up to date by adding co-processors and more memory - so what do I know?
I'm still using Window 8.1 on my HP Stream. Which does me as I just use it to browse the net. The missus has Windows 11 on her laptop which drives her mad.

Just like me. 
I just use it for the internet as I don't like using the mobile for that. I would have thought it would be capable of handling it. I think the low memory warnings might be to do with the amount of memory Firefox uses up. It'll no doubt be geared up for more modern systems.

I agree that it was bad, but it was released as a touchscreen OS, when no one had touchscreen monitors or laptops
