I always love positive articles about BsAs. It does seem that perhaps the writer stayed in a Recoleta hotel (Alvear Palace?) and did most of her dining in Recoleta and Puerto Madero. A pity, with the variety offered by the city’s widely varied barrios. But I do intend to look up Mercat Villa Crespo.
