It astounds me to hear a man proclaiming his innocence of rape by dismissively saying “She’s not my type,” meaning “she’s not attractive enough for (wonderful) me.” Is there anyone alive who doesn’t understand that rape is an act of violence, not of sexual attraction?

I do have to agree with you there, saying that a person is not their type in a middle of a rape trial is simply so so so wrong with that person who said it. This isn't about woke, what Trump had said is incredulous. I remember him saying on his first campaign for POTUS that he could do or say anything, but that is going beyond the red line
