Argentine friends of ours prefer entraña or bife de costilla. After some years, I’m appreciating those cuts more, but still gravitate towards your choices, @Bombonera .
I’m sure you sometimes start your meal with an empanada or a provoleta? And of course you’ve come to love choripan by now. My advice is to spend your last meals having what you know you love, rather than branching out at this late date. Be adventurous early in your next trip!
