If you've appreciated the service from the same girl over the period then I'd just ask her if tips are kept or go into a pot to be shared. You can then decide what to give her. Is she pretty?

We went there for dinner a few months ago and the grub was excellent!
We live about eight blocks away, near where Coto used to be

You old romantic. I'd buy her something sexy.

My husband goes out with friends at Forrest Gump. He says that's basically the only decent place for a casual gathering of friends.
-
Why is that, serafina ? I’d think there would be dozens -or hundreds - of places friends would enjoy gathering after work or at night?

I'm not a yuppie so will happily drink anywhere. Dickens is pretty grotty but it has Corchito and Manuel plus other of four legged friends. The pipe club meets there sometimes.

Chivilcoy is très avant-garde, UK Man . The hot new trend in restaurants is dog-friendly - - actually dog-centric ones.

Glad to hear it. I love sharing a table with Corchito.

He is, as is Manuel. He's a bit of a gordo.

I had a burger there tonight. It tasted good enough but the bun fell apart like a cheap suit. I can’t understand the inability to provide decent bread here. It’s easier to make good bread than bad bread.
Took me over 15 years to find a bread I like here which doesn't cost an arm or a leg. I can't stand the 'pan' shite the Argies seem to love. It's either hard as a brick or just a lump of stodge yet they can't get enough of it.

Here’s the board for the after work stuff.
I’d have gone for the pizza. But no wine? Maybe I’d have gone elsewhere!

I’m liking that place better!
