Australia is a gorgeous, sprawling country with many interesting, thinking, inventive people. And I love their accents!
It's a big country. We just stopped over in Sydney for a few days as we really wanted to go to New Zealand instead.

Maybe an even bigger one, now that I think about it - - Rupert Murdoch, who seemingly set out to cause grave harm to the UK and the US, and succeeded.
I can't say I'm overly keen on Australians if I'm being honest. I found New Zealand people much nicer.

Met and spoken to Australians over many years of travelling. I of course don't dislike them all.....they tend to be a bit too loud for my liking.
That does seem to be a national trait. But maybe it’s because tour groups in general are loud, and Australians seem to like joining tours instead of venturing out alone?

They're just a confident race so nothing wrong with that. Always found the New Zealanders to be far more reserved in comparison.
Yes, Aussies are boisterous, but also a lot of fun.
