A good day to all who celebrate this wonderful day.
No green beer but I may have a wee Jamieson's on the rocks later this pm.

Indeed.
Two Irishmen looking for work see a sign that reads TREE FELLERS WANTED. “Oh, now, look at that,” said Paddy. “What a pity there's only de two of us!”
UK Man , its our day as well !
Compared to the dignified, understated celebrations of St Patrick’s Day held in Ireland, the parades in major US cities are wildly OTT. We’ve been to the parades in Chicago and New York, but the n multiple days of St Patrick’s parades in New Orleans are nonstop.
In other cities, parade riders and marchers wave to the crowds. In New Orleans, they throw things to parade watchers: beads of course, but also shamrock t-shirts, green socks, leprechaun hats, footballs, stuffed animals, etc., plus cabbages, potatoes, onions and carrots, so everyone can go home and put together a nice stew.

I once asked an Irishman for directions to Dublin and he replied "Well, I wouldn't start from here!"
Boom, boom!
