Or an even more awkward word, “disembarkation.” (Not even sure I’ve ever seen that, but “embarkation” signs are common)
I once saw a sign for “debarkment,” which made me laugh, but I’ve never seen “unboarding,” which, though humorous, at least is logical.

Disembark or disembarkment , I think is correct.
