But I would probably bet that almost all are curry eaters
I spotted this post earlier today and thought I would ask if anyone has spotted a decent curry in this lovely country.

A friend of mine went to one in Martinez which we haven't tried yet. He said it was very good, but not as hot as it should have been.
I'll make this my next treat for Adriana.

I ate in the Ali Indian and it was good, but nothing compared to back home. My friend lived in India for years and this is her go-to place for Indian food. Probably not up to standards of what you are used to, but still good. The Taj Mahal I have not heard of, although there's nothing worse than kicking and screaming, so it may be interesting for my next hunt meal.
On the OG subject, my curry preference is Chinese or Vietnamese, any good locations in the city where I can get my fix?
I just found this Indian takeaway/delivery in Coghlan area, so I'm hoping to try it on the weekend. Also, I'll collect the order myself, Speedy Moto style.

That's an added bonus - a quick tipple while you wait
Ah, there are silver linings just everywhere!
everytime I see this thread in main page, I read "currencies"......
So funny.....it's like the old trick with words misspelled but semantics correct.....U still read them perfect....
Or old Freud pics, with a old man and a naked woman....what u see first....

Used to be a curry lover in Glasgow. When I started having to have Zantac for dessert I realised my stomach was rebelling so went all Chinese instead.
Last time I was in Glasgow I brought back spices with the intention of recreating a Shish Mahal memory dish but never got around to it. Happy days but can't see myself ever going to an Indian restaurant here....the wife refuses to eat curry anyway.
I love curry, but I suspect your versions are much more authentic and much hotter than mine.
beside the taste of the curry itself, I love the various sambas sprinkled on top. Or do you do that, GlasgowJohn ?
I really love curry when it's time for an ethnic eve....
Though, mostly I do not cook it.....I cannot stand the smell in the house for the many days after.....
Not curry related, but Indian-related. During one of the ethnic fairs organized by the City of Buenos Aires, I spotted this manufacturer based in San Martín (Buenos Aires).
I believe they can do also other Indian food by order. I don't have my phone with me right now. If you add Micki and check out his whatsapp there should be pictures.
Not sure if they are still working right now, though! It's too far from me but I made a note of Micki because I'd love to have a party with Indian sweets!

That's a handy tip as well, Serafina.
By the way, I asked Sanchit at the curry house I mentioned if they do naan bread and i was surprised that they don't. Chapatis only, which i expect would be pretty good anyway.
My attempts at both were rather dismal.
Edit:
Here's the Indian chef telling us a little about himself and it's interesting to see what he says about Argentine food.
