For easier transportation the missus bought a sofa in a box for the BA apartment last year. I believe it can also be used as a bed as well. All I can say is thank God we're hardly ever there as it's very uncomforatble. She'd have been better buying a XL bean cushion.

Probably, as she got a couple of bed pillows which are made of the same stuff and are as hard as a brick as well. Horrible things!!! Ideal if you have guests to stay over and you don't ever want them to return.

Excellent service from the sofa company because it arrived this morning! However, there was some drama because the lads brought us the wrong one - same colour, slightly different material - but it was easily fixed and they swapped it within 30 minutes.
Ours is a very smooth material which cats don't scratch and ruin. We know this because my wife's son has one in the same material and his cat hasn't touched it. This one is lovely and firm too which is excellent for our postures!
