Today is Milanesa Day and I have to say that Adriana makes superb homemade ones with chicken topped with mozzarella and tomato a la napolitana. Very tasty indeed and a fried egg on top finishes it off very nicely.

We have them once a week. The missus makes them herself from a good cut of beef and freezes them. I like chicken ones as well but she's gone off them. I don't like anything on top. We usually just have them with salad however I sometimes make cheesy/buttery mash especially when the weather's chilly.

I’ve never caught on to the milanesa frenzy either. Prefer pizza.
