Let’s hope inflation continues to fall!

Exactly , but I just wonder how they will do it .

It just seems to be impossible to get below 2% per month.

And it seems that all the services like gas , electricty and water are adjusted in line with inflation , so inflation will never fall as all services increase in price very month or so

How do other countries continue to have single-digit inflation? Can Argentina isolate the main causes and work on those?

Plus there's the Argentine mentality to take into account. They tend to panic if they haven't raised prices for several weeks as that's alien to them.

I can't see it dropping below 25% per annum without some jiggery pokery.

Movistar and Hospital Italiano never skip a beat and increase their rate monthly. It seems that a quarterly update of my professional rates is too slow. anyway, so far I had one single document to translate with my new month-old credential.

Went to Vea this afternoon and noticed a price hike in most of the products we regularly buy every week. I still maintain retail industry pricing practices have to be sorted out as they get up to all sorts of tricks trying to fool the customer.

But considerably higher than may last year which was 1.5%.

The KitKat price index agrees with the above.

Although you'd still have to be a mug to buy them at the full price. :middle2:
