Yes it does look bare from the outside. Even once inside there's not a lot on show. However all they do have is very fresh. They also have a very good order service.

No need to think what to have for dinner tonight. Ines and Oscar have invited us over to their house for pizza. I know I'm not a pizza lover but Oscar bakes them in his wood fired oven and they're always good quality.
Damasco and Armenia are on adjacent blocks and direct competitors. Armenia looks more polished. I haven't noticed any difference in quality or offer, but I am not an expert. I live one block from there. Next time you're in town and one block away from my place, drop me a line!

I was going to have the salmon but was worried the quality might not be up to much.
If I know a restaurant in Argentina is getting deliveries of the 4.5kg+ or the 5.5kg+ whole Salmon entero then I tend to trust they know the proper methods. These places probably get those chile farmed salmon every Friday morning, and should filet them for that nights dinner. If instead they just buy vacuum sealed 200-300g packaged filets, then their experience is not much more than a home cook.

In all my years dining out in Chivilcoy I've never seen anyone having fish in a restaurant. To be honest that's the first time I've ever seen salmon on a menu here.

The bases were very good. Unlike many pizzas you get here with soggy doughy bottoms it was cooked through. I liked the addition of crispy panceta....very tasty.
