Not my favourite food it has to be said. However watching that has put me in the mood for pizza.

Agree that watching this has made me ravenous for Buenos Aires pizza, which IS one of my favorite foods. I could kill for an El Cuartito now, and hope that Carlos is eating a mozzarella with faina there right now!

Just bought a four pack of Carlsberg in disco at $220 a can. Expensive, but what the heck!

First time I've ever seen Carlsberg anywhere.

Pretty sure I've seen it....maybe in La Anonima. At that price I would never have bought it anyway. I tend to buy beer in Dia as they always have sub 80 peso a can offers on something wet.

Pretty expensive can of beer by Argie standards but a decent price by UK levels.

Can't recall having seen Carlsberg before.

I quite enjoy Warsteiner, brewed under licence and averaging 100 pesos a can.

Since I only drink once a week, it's pretty cheap relatively speaking. Today is beer day!

Some yummy chocy as well.

I've had some respectable wines in a box back in the UK, but they don't exist here.

We had bag-in-a-box wine in Australia 20 years ago, finding it decent as well as handy for tossing into the car as we drove from Cairns to Cape Tribulation and points more remote. But I had no idea the packaging had been around almost 60 years.

I just buy a case of magnum sized bottles of this vino tinto alc13% for everyday use....cheap as chips but tastes okay. Works out at 169 pesos a bottle.

I used to buy a demijohn of Malbec then decant it into six bottles and cork them. Gabutti wine I think the brand was called. Good stuff but too much faffing about.
