Possibly the most corrupt and flamboyant Argentine judge of modern times, Norberto Oyarbide died yesterday from Covid 19 complications.
His controversial career included visits to a male brothel in the 90s which he is said to have bribed asking for protection money of US$20,000 a month with sometimes the odd rent boy thrown in. He also handled the Kirchner's case where the couple were accused of elicit enrichment, but he dismissed the cases. In short, he was a lackey to the Kirchnerite cause and dismissed practically every case that was brought against people in high office under the K badge.
He was also involved in at least 40 cases asking him to be removed from the bar (as judge), but who is surprised that he managed to slime his way through all of them with a little help from his friends?
