Sometimes we forget that there is one news service that stands above the rest in integrity and gravitas. Remember that just a few years ago, BBC radio required that its readers wear formal attire to maintain the dignity required to represent "the Beeb."

Today the BBC continues to set the standard for all other services:

May there always be a Britain! ... and the BBC!

Giving the finger on the BBC. Newsreader, Maryam Moshiri, inadvertently gives a middle finger, live.

Note - all the other channels have censored the finger, ffs!

Under the circumstances I think her excuse was pretty good. ^^ I hope she doesn't get punished.

Does seem to be a BBC 'thing'.....

Then there was also this BBC gaffe.

Not so much nowadays because the BBC is being accused of bias against Trump who is now threatening to sue the corporation for doctoring a documentary about him

The director general and news CEO have both resigned over the matter.

The BBC says it will respond "in due course" to the letter from the US president.

Good for Trump I say. ..although I don't think he'll go through with the litigation threat. I see their Gaza reporting is a bit suspect as well.
