After a couple of hours of dry tranquil weather a loud clap of thunder has just scared the flippin' daylights out of us. More rain isn't far away.

At least it stayed dry for the dogs last outing of the day. Had hoped to go to the countryside tomorrow. However after seeing the forecast for throughout tonight and tomorrow morning it's not looking good at all. More thunderstorms are expected with more than 15mm of rain to add to today's total of 27mm.

Barely a drop where we live in Zona Norte.

A heavy shower woke me up around 2am adding another 2mm of rain to yesterday's total but we've had nothing since. The usual weather sites have changed today's forecast again. Some were forecasting thunderstorms and 19mm while others say dry with sunny spells. If it stays dry we'll go to the countryside this afternoon.

Poured down here for about 30 mins around 07.30am . Since then cloudy, dark and dismal.
Still a nice 22c to keep us cool.

24c and very muggy here especially when the sun's out. Was out in the garden and got bitten in the hand by something. Now scratching like mad.

This rainy cool weather is so much better than the past months

Neither did the weather sites until late last night when I had a look. Even now they disagree on the rainfall totals expected. They range from 2mm to 8mm so it looks like a case of wait and see what you get.
Overcast and dry here at the mo.

According to experts on my MetBA Whatsapp group, it's just going to be cloudy with no rain or storms, at least in BA.
-
Spots of rain here now but doesn't look as if it'll come to much. Which probably means I'll be reporting back shortly with news of a torrential rainstorm!!

I am glad I did the laundry early in the morning. It is almost dry.

So small was the amount of rain we had it wasn't even enough to register on the local weather site. Now a sunny 25c with a nice wind blowing so the threat of rain now looks to be over.
