Safety and security in Argentina

Since most apartment bldgs in BsAs have building front door locks that require a key to exit, not just to enter, it would be fun to see cctv footage of drivers who accidentally let the door close and find themselves locked in.

I just hope that the upside down Justice system doesn’t prosecute HIM.

I wonder if the gun was loaded.

Assumption being that the shots were from that gun? I suppose that is probably a fair assumption, since there are relatively few guns in Argentina. (My thinking is jaded, because in the US, the shots could have come from multiple people on the street, who, upon seeing the situation, might have produced their own guns to “heroically” get in on the action)
