In fact, the Prezi just came back from his gospel whispering tournée in Europe. He thought of sprinkling some innovative economic theories in the Old Continent, like price controlling and currency controls. He came back disappointed that they were too stubborn to realize the greatness of these measures. Too bad for them!

Budgets are a thing that are never adhered to in Argie governments, national or provincial.
