Mercado Libre? You could deliver to yourself?
Homemade pizza base? Someone made the crust and you brushed some pizza sauce on it, to prepare it for the mozzarella - - or are you going all Chicago on us, and you’re about to mound sausage on it first?
Home made, UK Man ?
Yes indeed....dead easy to make. I'm still living.
I don’t know about anyone else, but I do know that I’d sure like it!

My sausage?
Staple diet of many Glaswegians...especially if you have a hangover. Fried then put inside a well buttered bread roll with plenty of HP Sauce. You'll then be ready to go down the pub for opening time.
When Covid and Argentina’s govt finally let us come back, will you PLEASE make some of this for all of us???

My sausage?
I am quite glad I get to skip the King Cake because I badly need to lose some kilos. It's been more than a decade since I have been this fat and it is no pleasant at all.
I am trying to go out more, at least I'll burn some! However, with the dollar so high, many tasty treats are more affordable than ever. Arrrrgh!
Definitely. To be followed by serafina ’s King Cake.
My sausage isn't exactly hard to make. All you do is mix half a kilo of minced beef with half a kilo of minced pork. Both have to have some fat in them or it won't taste as good....so don't be getting the expensive stuff nor the cheapest. Mix in a beaten egg, a handful of dried breadcrumb, salt and black pepper and that's you done. Bung it all in a loaf tin pressing it down as you go then let it chill before slicing into portions for the freezer.
No sausage skins?
No sausage skins?
Not in this speciality....
I’d never thought of making our own sausage. I suppose you could also shape into patties before freezing, but this sounds so much easier.

Homemade Scottish Square sausage doesn't freeze well.
You make it , you eat it, Really simple
I’m curious. Why not? Something to do with the egg?

I have to freeze them because the wife won't touch them. Honestly can't say I've noticed any deterioration in quality....can't imagine why there should be either to be honest.
