But reading the article makes me long for Don Julio’s bife de lomo, jugoso.I don't have a problem with people eating greens and beans if they want to....veganism does seem to be more about fashion than anything else especially for those in the media spotlight. I really can't be arsed with that type.

I remember my Argy fishing mate made them once when inviting us over for dinner....not a patch on the real thing. Hope yours turn out better.

They turned out very well after about six hours of marinating in a home made recipe. Nice and spicy in fact and I used the oven grill instead of the parrilla, since it was easier.
Served with salad, sour cream and wraps.

Glad to hear it. I'd have done them in the oven grill as well. I couldn't be arsed to light a fire just for them.
