If you still have muscular pains , try Tafirol Plus

Its paracetemol and a very mild muscle relaxant - certainly much milder than the one you are talking.

It can be bought legally over the counter , unlike your current one which in theory needs a doctors note

The Tafirol seems to have worked and the pain has receded by about 50%, which is being aided by a very nice Captain Morgan, for medicinal purposes of course.

Adri has had a problem with vertigo for the last eight years and it manifests itself with her feeling dizzy, nausea and losing her balance with the world spinning around her. It's very unpleasant for her and is apparently caused by inner ear stones/crystals being loose.

There's no miracle pill for this, but careful manoeuvring of her head by a specialist certainly helps to pop these crystals back where they belong and then she feels much better. We're arranging some of these and further tests back at the Fleni Institute, which is where we were yesterday. We're also going to ask if there are any self movements she can do at home when the condition comes on.

    Here's on test:

    https://dizziness-and-balance.com/practice/head-…20stopping%20it.

And this explains what inner ear crystals actually do, which makes you realise how wonderful nature is really. Until it goes wrong...

    Head-impulse test (HIT)

I feel for her it must be horrible. I had similar though less severe symptoms a few months ago. I suspect mine was caused by an infection which caused catarrh and a sinus problem.

Thanks, mate. It comes and goes and this manoeuvre can be done at home.

If there are things you can be taught to do at home, that would eliminate the drive, which must be awful when she is dizzy. Please let us know her progress. So sorry!

An aspirin a day? Not necessarily if you are fit and healthy with no history of bad things.

I try to take one every day because about 25 years ago I had an AVT which is a rare blood clot in my right arm which can be caused by resting the arm over a chair back for too long or similar actions. Same with the leg. Rat poison got rid of the blood clot and I try to take an aspirin every day when i remember.

Just wondering about possible long-lasting effects of the rat poison.
