I look at this webcam most days to see what the weather is like in BA. Today, when the camera swings round to the obelisco I noticed a new flag has appeared just to the right side of it....looks a temporary one. Anyone know what it represents?

The flag pole and flag is still there it's just not fluttering as there's no wind. The flag is more or less identical to the one Jan posted upthread.
