This is worth a read and I'm wondering if the Oxford Astra Zeneca vaccine will be coming here? I'd trust that more than the Rusky one that for sure.

The ugly side of the Covid effect. Really Orwellian and frankly unthinkable this time last year.

No way! If I were going to do something utterly reckless, it wouldn’t be going to a football game, even though the Superdome is an easy walk for us.
We have the game on tv, though, and the empty seats tell me that the number of attendees was severely limited by COVID restrictions.
Are you for Clemson or Ohio State, daniel ?

Are you for Clemson or Ohio State,
Rice... Clemson. but it seems like a future match up between Alabama and Ohio State, and I would support Alabama. The Rose Bowl was played in Texas because of California covid restrictions. Least Bama won.

The strong recommendation is that everyone should upgrade face masks: tight fitting around nose and face, 3 layers, 2 of which are tight-woven and one is not woven, like a coffee filter. Or wear two masks.
Face shields on top of masks are also being recommended by the experts. But I can’t see people who wear their masks under their noses getting onboard the face shield train.

At 2PM today I received my first Moderna vaccine shot, next one due on 2/26/21. No ill effects, came home, took a little nap and went back to work. I put myself on the vaccine list
but was surprised the call came so soon. Either the vaccine is being refused in my area or what, their sure was no line.
