Perhaps UK Man will be interested because since all kiosks are closed I had to order tobacco, papers and filters through Mercadolibre for the first time ever. In fact, it's cheaper than in any kiosk too, but the only downside is having to pay $350 delivery.
Tabaqueria Inglesa in the centre, as originally recommended by UK Man, are running deliveries as normal and I'm hoping to receive the goods sometime today.
When ordering on ML it's important to use the 'normal deliveries' filter so that only those suppliers that are doing this will actually show.

Although not all Kioscos are open here most of the popular ones are....at least they were. However they do seem to be running out of cigarettes fast.
Think I mentioned I visited two the other day for cigs. The first one didn't have any of the popular brands left so I grabbed one packet of Lucky Strike to try then moved on to the second Kiosco to see what they had. Managed to get some Philip Morris there and going to see if I can get more today.
If it gets worse I shall start rolling my own....a Kiosco in the centre has a large selection of rolling tobacco although last time I was in they didn't have any Golden Virginia. If the current situation goes on much longer I may be forced to order online however I'm not so sure they'll send to outside of the capital.

the positive effects, like by Splinter , is getting some stuff done in the house, u wouldn't else get done......by me it's getting the electrical mess sorted out by me. My German friend visiting me last month, professional electrician, did some of the preliminary jobs. Got a new German instant water heater installed, Stiebel Eltron, all up to German standards, cable, termicas and so on. Also we ripped the whole box out with termicas and started all over. Right now I'm labeling all the termicas, to make sure I know which termicas is for which part or installation. I get woken up a few times a day when I touch a live wire....I like to have only the group I'm working on turned of and rest turned on, to be able to listen news, make coffee etc. But it seems hard not to touch a wrong cable now and then.
Today my long awaited job was to make switches by the entrance door of all lights in living, television/stereo power supply, the outdoor lights, alarm. That way I can switch everything of or on when I leave or enter, all in one go!
All the tirering was prepared to perfection 13 years back when house was started.....but during all the different teams coming and going during the long building time and still stand, nothing is what it's supposed to be. When someone doing a job, need a new line of power, he just parallel connect it to whatever cable is nearby.....causing no logic whatsoever in the connections. I think everyone know the idea is to have a separate termica for each part of house and larger appliance.....one for fridge, one for oven, one for bathroom etc. That way it's a hell lot easier finding the trouble in the lines when the power get cut by a tripping termica!!!!
