Expats living in Argentina who go to hell might not notice any difference. ;)

I think the whole damn world is restless for something, for what, I have no idea. I have no clue as to what it would be like living in another country. What would make me consider being an expat?

That is such an excellent question, daniel . There are probably as many answers as there are expats around the world.

Many people are expats because their companies have sent them to another country, or because they have married someone from another country. Others are invigorated by living in a country very different from their own. Some have temporarily or permanently given up on their own country’s leadership or direction. And of course there are expats who choose a country for financial reasons, because it offers a better standard of living at a lower cost.

I'm only here because of the missus. I would never have dreamed of living here otherwise.....I don't mean that in a bad way.

Obviously you love your wife a lot. That says a lot about you as a person and a husband UK.

Been here twelve years now. I always become grumpy during summertime as I detest hot weather - the higher it gets above 25c the grumpier I get. The rest of the year is fine though.......and I only need to think back to what the Scottish weather is usually like to realise how lucky I am to be here.

What Latin America nation would you think, would have the greatest percentage of American expats?

She has something that nearly no other Argentine girl has:

She is tattoo and piercing free!!!!

    Beautiful!

The Argentine must be one of the populations with the worst tattoos, sorry!!!!

When I see a girl without any, I get attracted same second....

Indeed, she is! I really don't think she would ever tattoo herself and as for piercing, never,

I'm not a fan of either to be honest, but each to his own.

Most of the Brits who post here are staying because of a lady....

What about the rest of you?

We can't determine that Jan because we can only see her body from one angle.

It has been said that tattoos ("tatuajes") are the poor person's way of investing in art. It very well may be.

I've always fancied a tatoo but have been too frightened in getting one.

Even Sean Connery has a tatoo.
