That doesn’t surprise me. Black ties for mourning may still be de rigueur in Europe, but that’s not been the case in North America, for instance, for decades. Asia and South America, I don’t know.

I tell you he's a trendsetter....before we know it country leaders will be attending such ceremonies wearing jeans and T shirt while smoking a joint.
