Hi all, Just joined the forum and will be spending March to June in BA (Palermo) and looking for courts/groups to join to play padel tennis and socialize. Peter (British) and Maria (Swedish) , 50s, currently live in Phuket, Thailand but travel frequently and got addicted to the sport whilst in Mallorca for 15 months. Anyone else love the sport ?

    Welcome to the forum, Peter.

I've never played padel, but I'm sure other members know more about it.

I have never played Paddle (nor Tennis), but here it is pretty popular (not as much as tennis, but still...).

You can find a list of paddle fields here: http://www.padelnetwork.com/clubes/

and here there are some prices (however, it doesn't say when they were published, and here prices change daily)

    http://www.complejoelcirculo.com.ar/paddle/

a popular sport centre in Palermo is Club de Amigos. They just tennis fields on their website: https://clubdeamigos.org.ar/adultos-mayores-de-18-tenis.htm

They specify you will need a medical certificate to enroll. They also list current prices here: https://clubdeamigos.org.ar/contenido/adul…an3_4421837.pdf

One hour is about 1000 ARS, which translates to 16.81 USD today

    Hi, Peter -

Welcome to the forum. We hope that you and Maria will enjoy your time in BsAs and that we can help with your questions about life here, both while you are planning your visit and when you arrive.

New to me as well.....certainly looks a good way to get fit. Or in my case get a heart attack.
