For those whose native language isn't English, Spitting Image is defined as 'He's the spitting image of so and so.' Nothing to do with spitting then.
Anyway, the satirical puppet show was cancelled in 1996 after a decade of being one of the most popular shows on UK television. A pilot has already been made and expect to see Putin, Trump and others who deserve to have the piss taken out of them, sent up as they should be.
