Glad to see I'm not the only one that doesn't like them. I have to grate a small fortune in parmesan cheese over them and drink a gallon of wine to get the buggers down.
I can eat spag bol now and again but find pizza hard going.

And the very definition of mediocre.
Oh my! Big breakfast!
This being Sunday, we opted for champagne brunch, with cheese & sausage grits and for my husband, also a ham/tomato/spinach/cheese omelette.
Very classy!
I can smell it from here! I wish I was invited over! Bon appetit, dear Mrs and Mr Rice!

Not made one on the parrilla but we have one of these beehive wood ovens in the countryside. It hadn't been used for years so one day I decided to fire it up and bake a pizza. It worked perfect despite the door having rusted to bits. It's a hell of a faff especially when you're not that keen on pizza!!!
Maybe if you keep trying the wood oven pizza, you will grow to like it?
Although for most people, pizza is love at first bite. So maybe you just aren’t destined to find your inner Italian?

The only time that oven will ever get used for pizza again will be to impress a visitor from the UK. They're more used to Pizza Hut.
Tell your visitors if they’ll bring a new iron door for it in their carryons, you’ll produce wood-fired oven pizzas straight from the beehive?
