Attractive pictures and themed maps make her blog a popular one among expats. She defines her blog A serious eater's guide to Buenos Aires and beyond and she delivers! Quirky articles and attractive pictures are what attracts many expats on her website.
Salt Shaker by Dan Perlman. Dan is an American cook, a food writer, a food critic and a cooking teacher who has worked and travelled extensively and settled in Buenos Aires over one decade ago. His restaurant reviews are always very in-depth and he clearly knows his stuff. His maps and rankings of various restaurants are impressive. If a simple 'yummy' is not your style, then be sure to follow his blog. He will make you discover a food world that goes beyond the usual parrilla and pizza places. Oh, and you might also know in for Casa Salt Shaker, his closed-door restaurant! Impressive is what comes to mind when I think about Dan's work.
