  • The “Not my type” remark implies so many loathsome facets of his attitude and personality that it is hard to know where to start.

Maybe the best response would be “Exactly what type DO you rape?”

  • When Berlusconi used to provide such bold answers, the world thought he was dumb.

Now that Trump gives even worse answers, some people think he is bold and brave.

  • Only those who already agree with his every pronouncement and action.

It is interesting that the US Congress impeached President Clinton for lying about having a consensual affair. But this accused serial assaulter gets away with, well, “I could shoot someone in the middle of Fifth Avenue and I wouldn’t lose one vote.”

    A retired porn star?

  • Also very interesting, indeed!

Also Clinton said he did it 'because he had the chance to', at some point (after much denying).

I think Clinton got impeached for lying ob a BJ, not for getting a BJ.

Until nobody proves Trump is lying, nobody is getting impeached, I think.

  • Even if it is proved that he is lying and has assaulted all the women who accuse him (as well as the ones he bragged about assaulting, two weeks before he was elected), he will be supported by both his base and the spineless senators who are afraid to oppose him.

I suppose that's the price to pay when you elect somebody who is already very powerful.

People think that since he has achieved so much in his business, he would be able to manage also the country.

That's the same line of thought that voters of Berlusconi followed in 1994 in Italy. No matter how ridiculous he was or how intellectuals and journalists made fun of his clumsy political manners, or of his lack of history knowledge... who liked him was always ready to defend (and vote) him over and over.

  • Au contraire. He is already having his ultra-religious right wing preacher supporter start talk of a third term. This is not light banter.

  • The response from Trump is exactly as dumb as the accusation!!!

It's beyond my mind, how people can come up with this stuff....and that decades after. All the " me too " is turning out to be a shot in the foot....many companies are now extremely careful when then look for female workers, not to say already starting at the job interviews. (No face to face, only multiple person's etc). Higher ranking employees don't take elevator alone, never meet other employees without attendance of other and and and

This hole "me too" story is doing more harm than good, even that I agree that there are cases existing that is not fabricated, (I hope so).

Don't me started on the Argentine version....or the Neymar story...pleeeeaaase
