And then I found a white wine that I enjoy, and it is cheap (sorry, but money is tight these days), and it is is sold ubiquitously at Dia’s... until yesterday my husband read the label (for once, it wasn’t the price tag!) and look what it says!
Can somebody explain why is it so? I know that beer crafters use fish bladder to sped up fermentation, but I have never heard of wine being made with anything else than grape and sulfites.
